what time is it?

no, i'm not talking about the seminal album from morris day's '80s gig.

i'm talking about the recent move in washington to change the current dst schedule.

not that dst's any kind of uniform system anyway. take indiana, where dst gets treated kinda like art...open to lots of local interpretation.

gotta hand it to those wild and crazy hoosiers for taking something that's already a pita...and making it even worse!

i'm just saying...strap in.

if this change gets voted into law for this year, there won't be a whole lot of time (no pun intended) to get any necessary fixes/updates in place before systems "fall back" on the wrong date.
