best part of the whole package? for me anyway, that would be the second paragraph on the resource guide, which says:

of course, i'll be calling the partner support center and ask where in the frack my 25 points are, since there is no delay or wait period mentioned on the guide anywhere.

now...i'll ask again...why aren't you a partner yet?
